The Athens outpost of the global gallery, opened in 2017 in a listed modernist mansion, showing major international artists. Kolonaki is Athens’s most elegant neighbourhood, on the slopes of Lycabettus Hill, with designer boutiques, galleries and smart cafés around Kolonaki Square, and the Benaki Museum and the Museum of Cycladic Art close by. Opening hours change between summer and winter and many museums close one day a week, so check before you go.
