Set to become a landmark destination in Europe and the first integrated resort of its kind in continental Europe: a €1.5 billion resort at the heart of The Ellinikon on the Athens Riviera, with a casino, a tower of 1,100 rooms, 15 places to eat and drink, a 3,000-seat Hard Rock Live theatre, a spa and premium shopping. Ground was broken in December 2023 and opening is expected in 2027.

Greece's first residential skyscraper: a 50-storey, roughly 200-metre tower designed by Foster + Partners on the Ellinikon seafront, with around 170 apartments looking out over the Saronic Gulf. Completion is expected in 2026–27.

A new neighbourhood of around 1,100 apartments in several complexes, including Pavilion Terraces, Promenade Heights, Atrium Gardens and Trinity Gardens, with shops and cafés at street level. The first buildings are due from late 2026, with reported prices from about €6,500 per m².

A complex of 112 homes that was reported to be around 98% sold before its official launch, a sign of how strong demand at The Ellinikon has been.
Delivery 2028
A new luxury residential complex at The Ellinikon, with completion and handover scheduled for the end of 2028.
