Koukaki, just south of the Acropolis and Filopappou Hill, is a relaxed residential neighbourhood with good cafés and bistros on its pedestrian streets, a short walk from the Acropolis Museum. You will need a valid licence, and drivers from outside the EU may need an International Driving Permit.
