About Airport Express Buses
Four express lines link the airport with Syntagma (X95, round the clock), Piraeus port (X96), the Kifissos and Liossion intercity coach stations (X93) and Elliniko metro (X97). A ticket costs €5.50 one way. Allow extra time in traffic. Athens International Airport lies about 30 km east of the centre and is linked to the city by metro line 3, the suburban railway and express buses. Allow plenty of time for the journey at rush hour, and keep your ticket until the end of the trip.
