About Alsos Kifissias
The shady grove at the heart of Kifissia, opposite the metro station, with a fishpond, benches and an annual flower show in May. The Alsos is the green heart of the town, a calm place to sit in the shade, and every May it hosts a much-loved flower show. Kifissia, about 15 km north of the centre at the end of metro line 1, is the most elegant of the northern suburbs, with tree-lined streets, 19th-century mansions and smart shopping streets around Kassaveti and Levidou.
