About Yava Fitness Glyfada
The Glyfada branch of one of Greece's biggest gym chains, with classes from HIIT and spinning to aerial fitness, plus massage and physiotherapy. Open 6am to midnight on weekdays. Glyfada is the liveliest town on the Athens Riviera, about 17 km south of the centre, with smart shopping streets, marinas, beach clubs and seafront cafés, and the coastal tram runs here from the city. The coastal tram and buses connect the Riviera with the centre, and a taxi from Syntagma takes about half an hour outside rush hour.
