One of Athens' pioneering speciality coffee roasters, roasting in the basement of a city villa in Thiseio and serving it straight to the cup, with brunch in the garden. Thiseio sits on one of the most beautiful walks in Athens, the pedestrian Apostolou Pavlou promenade below the Acropolis, past the Ancient Agora and the Temple of Hephaestus, lined with cafés facing the Parthenon.
