About Up Lycabettus from Kolonaki

Climb from Kolonaki’s cafés up the stepped streets to the foot of the hill, then follow the zigzag footpath through the pines to the whitewashed chapel of St George at the top, about 30 to 40 minutes on foot. The view takes in the Acropolis, the whole city and the sea beyond Piraeus. Our advice: walk up for sunset and ride the funicular down.
