A tranquil beach in a natural setting with a well-regarded seafood restaurant. Sunbeds are cheaper early and late in the day. Vouliagmeni is the most exclusive corner of the Athens Riviera, about 20 km south of the centre, with clear water, the Astir peninsula, the mineral-water Vouliagmeni Lake and smart seafront restaurants. Many organised beaches charge for entry or sunbeds in summer, and the sea is warm enough for swimming from June to October.
