One of the restaurants that started Gazi's revival, a stylish white-washed modern taverna serving Greek home cooking. Gazi grew up around the 19th-century gasworks, now the Technopolis arts centre, and is one of the busiest nightlife districts in Athens, with bars and clubs around Kerameikos metro station. Athenians dine late, usually from 21:00, so book ahead for weekend dinners, especially at the best-known tables.
